Adam Friedlander is a photographer based between New York City and Paris. He studied music in college, then decided to pursue photography shortly after graduating. His approach to photography is similar to his musical background: calculated and precise, while embracing improvisation and playfulness. His work romanticizes the mundane, and creates an atmosphere of warmth and yearning.
